SAN JUAN DE LA MAGUANA.- Una niña de dos años falleció en la comunidad de Mogollón del Municipio de San Juan de la Maguana, luego de que un supuesto brujo, el cual es su abuelo, le diera un tomo para curarle una gripe.
La Dirección Regional Oeste de la Policía con asiento en San Juan de la Maguana, informó que recibieron la información de que en un camino vecinal del paraje San Ramón de la sección Mogollón de esa ciudad, había una niña muerta, por lo que se trasladaron a dicho lugar donde comprobaron la veracidad de la información y se trataba de la hoy occisa Anyelina Martin, de dos (2) años de edad, de Nacionalidad haitiana.
La niña fallecida era hija de los nacionales haitianos Yoselin Martin, de 18 años de edad y Carlos de los Santos, ambos residentes temporalmente en dicho paraje.
Según el certificado médico, la niña falleció a consecuencia de Dx muerte indeterminada, bronco aspiración por sustancia desconocida.
